The KC Road Lawyer Arcade Game is now available to play at our Harrisonville Office (106 South Independence St., Suite A, Harrisonville MO 64701) located inside the Harrisonville Area Chamber of Commerce. It’s the zombie apocalypse and you have to get to court on time. Leave it to the KC Road Lawyer! Dodge apocalyptic wreckage and drive through zombies on your way to pick up clients and deliver them safely to the courthouse steps.
KC Road Lawyer Chris Benjamin, a lifelong fan of zombie films, came up with the idea of a video game after preparing for a 2-day divorce trial. “We deal with very serious matters as attorneys while helping people in crisis. As a law firm, we work with people who are facing very serious, life-changing, situations: personal injuries, and criminal charges. We do everything we can to help our clients, both in the courtroom and outside of it.” Chris said.
Paying Tribute to the Arcade Games of Yesteryear
The game is designed to pay tribute to the arcade experience of yesteryear. The fast-paced gameplay is intentionally simple; intended to take players’ minds off the stress of day-to-day life. If this game can temporarily transport players away from their problems, be they legal problems or just the strain that comes with everyday life, the game is a success. A law firm shouldn’t just defend clients in court, it should give them peace of mind.
Chris developed the video game with web developer and digital marketing specialist Robert Gaines of Community Web Service and employed the services of 2A Marketing’s Jon Dunn to acquire the physical arcade cabinet. Community Web Service will also be making the game available as a free mobile app for Android and iOS.
