Role at Chris Benjamin Law Firm

Montana is a dedicated personal injury paralegal. In her role, she helps guide clients through the legal process following accidents and injuries by managing case files, obtaining and reviewing medical records, communicating with insurance companies, coordinating treatment information, and assisting with settlement negotiations and litigation preparation. Her background as a Certified Medical Assistant provides valuable insight into medical terminology and injury-related documentation, allowing her to effectively support both attorneys and clients throughout the claims process.

She has been happily married to her husband for eight years. While his career keeps him on the road for nearly eight months out of the year, they have built a strong and supportive partnership centered on family. Together, they share a blended family with three children—his, hers, and ours. Their oldest child lives in Texas, while the two youngest are at home.

Outside of work, Montana is a devoted mother who spends much of her time supporting her children’s activities, including softball, travel baseball, and rodeo competitions. She values hard work, compassion, and perseverance, balancing a successful career with an active family life. Her passion for helping others, combined with her legal and medical experience, allows her to make a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients she serves.
